CUSTOM ORDER

Complete the CUSTOM ORDER Inquiry form for special orders, custom options for items in the store, or other occasions/reasons. Other color options and materials may be available to meet your needs. We carefully and thoughtfully design all of my products personally using design software and the highest quality vinyl transferred via professional heat press. Every product is 100% made to order—handcrafted just for you! A $15 design fee may be charged on custom orders if the design and mockup for the item need to be created.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Drinkware Items: We recommend hand washing (no soaking) and avoiding microwave use for all drinkware created by Diverse Diva. We use high quality, durable, outdoor vinyl. For long-lasting results, it's best to avoid soaking, dishwasher, and microwave use.

Apparel: We recommend the following when washing clothing and washable home decor items:

  • Turn garment inside out

  • Machine wash cold

  • No bleach 

  • Tumble dry low or lay flat/hang to air dry

  • Do not iron directly on the design

  • Do not dry clean

Home Decor: Lightly dust using a feather brush (Swiffer or related brand) for paintings and wall decor.

SHIPPING OPTIONS/PROCESSING TIME

Please double check your shipping address. We ship to the address you leave us!

All orders are shipped via USPS. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

The processing time is the time it takes for us to make your item BEFORE it ships. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Business days are Monday-Friday.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

If you have any problems with your order please contact us at diversedivallc@gmail.com or on the CONTACT PAGE page. At this time, Diverse Diva does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If we make the mistake we will be happy to correct it at my cost.

DO YOU OFFER IN ANOTHER PRODUCT/STYLE?

More than likely. Just complete the custom order inquiry form or send a message via the CONTACT PAGE with the details you desire. Most times, we can accommodate your request at no additional charge! 

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT OR UPON OPENING. WILL YOU REPLACE IT?

Despite careful packaging, sometimes items are damaged during transit. Although unfortunate, Diverse Diva cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on the part of the USPS or damage done while opening a package. If your package was insured, please reach out and we will help you file a claim. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items damaged by the buyer or USPS.

PAYMENT

Diverse Diva accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please make sure you include all information needed to complete your order. If you do not leave all the information needed to complete your order, or the information is unclear, we will not ship your order until we get the correct information. If we don't have the information in over a week, your order will be refunded and canceled.
